Course Description

ETABS is a structural analysis program that caters to multi-story building analysis and design. The software has a friendly graphic user interface. It helps in 3D modelling and analysing building structures, which saves a significant amount of time and effort.

The basic of the ETABS course is designed for final year civil engineering students and fresh civil engineers. This course will help engineers to acquire skills to model and analyze the reinforced concrete building. This course is for an absolute beginner. However, the fundamental knowledge of structure such as load types, load combination, support types, types of forces, and application of Indian standard code is essential for this course. The course aims to offer basic knowledge about the software interface and its application. In addition, the candidate will also learn to model a reinforced concrete building in ETABS and prepare a model for detailed analysis and design.
